Advocate Oleg Haritonov prepared the defense submission on sanctions for a tennis official previously found liable for her breaches of the tennis anti-corruption regulations.
After the hearing of the matter by an anti-corruption hearing officer (a form of alternative dispute resolution), it was decided that the official would be subject to a two-month suspension and would not be required to pay any fine (due to the suspension of some sanctions).
This is a positive result for the client as there was a substantial risk of a more severe penalty.
